The rental price index of all residential properties in Ajman has declined. Prices fell 2.15% month on month and 9.78% year on year.

The rental price index of all residential properties in Ras Al Khaimah has increased. Prices rose 0.02% month on month but fell 8.17% year on year.

The rental price index of all residential properties in Sharjah has declined. Prices fell 0.02% month on month and 7.16% year on year.
